Purchased an adjustable bed from a company in Qld. Bed was delivered and the mattress was extremely smelly (chemical smell I think...not sure). Bed was sold to me as an item that would improve my sleep disturbance problem and improve my lower back problem. The bed did neither of these things and I have requested a refund, but they will only consider replacing the mattress if they find it is indeed as smelly as I advised. I have asked for a refund of the monies paid as they have refused. What can I do?
