My wife works 7 days per week 4 hrs per day cleaning a pub has been for 4 years on casual rates.do you think she should get annual and sick leave?

Hi Scotty,
It sounds like your wife should be regular part time. Keep in mind that casual rates should be better than full time rates to account for not getting sick pay and leave. You could speak with the employer to see they are wiling to consider a part time contract. Otherwise you could contact the Fair work ombudsman.
