I paid $1800 for new Samsung galaxy s10 bought on Samsung online store
Phone screen cracked in my jean pocket today
Samsung says it is not covered and i have to pay $350
I find it extremely unfair for an extremely expensive phone to be cracked so easily in my jeans
Can anyone tell me what my options are? Do i have any chance to challenge this with consumers right?
