I was an unfortunate recipient of my friend's search warrant- I admitted to having 1 MDMA pill but they also took my phone and saw that I had invited a friend over to smoke some weed that my housemate had ( unfortunately it looks like I am then supplying according to the police )
I have never been in trouble and no criminal record - I was initially charged with possession of a dangerous drug but now they are adding intent to supply. as the prosecution asked for a delay in the trial to get more evidence from my phone which led to the message of me asking my friend to come over.
I just wanted to know what I would be looking at in terms of penalty?
