Hi Im new to this. Just seeking for advice on what to do. Just recently my partner had breached the DVO. It was after he attended a bucks party and was able to pick him up at the valley at 3 am with our daughter. When we got home I took my daughter first in her bedroom and went back to the car to grab my partner and forced him out of the car and he got pissed off so he started trying to kick me but i ran upstairs and locked the door and he just got pissed off resulting in lots of yelling and screaming from him.didnt wanna call the police but the neighbours did.now he’s got to face the court.what could possibly happen to him? I dont really want him to go to jail and i still want a complete family. Thanks in advance.
