Is a family dispute conference the same as a family report?
If they are different what's the difference?
what questions will they ask?
what should I expect?

Is a family dispute conference the same as a family report?
If they are different what's the difference?
what questions will they ask?

A family report will usually require the consultant to interview all affected & sometimes significant persons .... A dispute conference is usually just the parents, much shorter & focused on trying to establish the areas of dispute, & perhaps making shorter term recommendations to the court.
