My brother is PR holder in Australia.. He got married in 2014..they lived together hardly for 4months and are separated from then.. She s not a PR holder but PR is in proceedings.. She is now living in India.. My brother has applied for divorce in India.. Seems like that girl wants to get Australian visa but still not interested in living with my brother.. So they are prolonging the divorce case in India.. We are afraid that if she can come to Australia and then apply for divorce and demand his properties?? Is there any possibility to stop her from getting visa for Australia..? Can my brother apply for divorce solely in Australia but she cannot appear or appeal in court as she is in India? Any possibility to get divorce in Australia? Pls help
