VIC Second marriage clarification

i am a PR holder and currently in India planning to get a divorce from my current wife on mutual consent,which shall take six months to get done with, can i get married for second time after the divorce is finalized and get the same PR visa for my second wife? if yes, will she get a visa straight away or have to apply using 189 or an oither visa?
