Can you please tell me what it means when a person has entered a guilty plea for a criminal law matter and court listing was LC SENTENCING, and was adjourned for 2 weeks later same LC sentencing, although the following day was removed from the court listing when I searched it.

Ring the Court Registry and ask.
Don't rely on the listings on the web.
He will have to turn on whatever date it is.

Hi there, thank you for your reply, the situation is that I believe his lawyer may have made an application to the courts to withdraw his guilty plea. Is this why there is no listing anymore because it was set for 2 weeks time then 2 days ago the listed is deleted.

There are (at least) two possibilities.
One is that it has been taken off the web pending a new date.
The other is that the listings on lawlink are all over the shop, and cannot be presumed to be accurate.

Is it a possibility that he has ((withdrawn his guilty plea)
