I have a speeding fine for 122Km in a 100Km zone which is 4 demerit points (I only have 4 points as I am currently on a P licence after getting my licence back for a DD offence which I served my time for. My question is the licence number on the paper copy of the fine I was given is incorrect is there any chance I get off this infringement ? As I will have to go to a 2 point licence for 12 months I believe if the fine sticks.
