I was forced to resign from my job as a manager after a couple of staff complained that I was workplace bullying them and being racist. These accusations are untrue, however I was unable to defend my actions. I am the manager of the business and have had to discipline the staff for not following procedures. I have worked at the workplace for 5 years and have never had any complaints thus far.

What are my legal employee rights under Employment Law?

Sorry about what happened to you. I guess the best course of action is to speak to your boss about it and try to explain your side. If he won't listen, then maybe it's time you seek legal advice from employment law experts: Get Connected with the Right Lawyer for You
