VIC Workplace Bullying Accusations - What are My Employee Rights?

I was forced to resign from my job as a manager after a couple of staff complained that I was workplace bullying them and being racist. These accusations are untrue, however I was unable to defend my actions. I am the manager of the business and have had to discipline the staff for not following procedures. I have worked at the workplace for 5 years and have never had any complaints thus far.
