Will made to children when parent dies what happens when some of siblings die before the will maker does the wife or husband of the child get the inheritance or does it go to the rest of the siblings

It becomes contested... If the wife/husband wanted to challenge it they could.

Depends on the construction of the Will.

Wills will normally distribute the dead beneficiaries portions to the surviving beneficiaries. If this is not the what you want, change your Will.
