Hi

My partner and I have found out that his ex is pregnant. He currently pays child support for his two children even though it is a 50/50 share care and custody of children (I am in the same situation with my ex as well).

Just concerned that when my partner's ex stops working as she is having a baby and, therefore, she will be applying for Centrelink payments and her bf also is on the dole, does this mean he will have to pay more maintenance once she stops working?

Most likely. Her taxable goes down, she has to commit more of her own funds to another child, consequence is that dad has to pay more to support the other kids.
