A few days ago,I took my cat to help another cat for the blood transfusion. After that about 18hours,my cat had a high temperature and vomiturition with phlegm. so I took my cat to the hospital.

Can I ask the owner of the helped cat to pay the bill of that treatment of my cat?

I believe you would have been explained of side effects?? It would have been voluntarily for you to have your cat transfuse. You could ask the owner though, you did help their cat in the first place.

At first my cat was rejected because of its low weight. But no other cat can donate blood, only my cat. The doctor said only that my cat should rest for a week after donating blood, but did not mention any other side effects. The owner refused to pay the bill so I want to know what should I do
