One of the two executors who is also a beneficiary is now, after 13 months of arguing, is relinquishing a claim that they owed monies to the estate and agreed to have it set off. During the period they had continuously refused to respond to the estate lawyers asking about investing the estate monies and to seek independent legal advice.

My question is can I, as the other executor of will, ask the estate lawyers to be reimbursed for my legal fees to get this to be finalised? And the other beneficiaries are asking what can be done about the monies not being able to be invested because of one executor being non-complaint.

Many Thanks
