NSW Used Car Warranty - Car Yard Refuses to Replace Clutch?

Need urgent help on used car warranty. I've owned the car for 14 days and felt something was wrong. I took it to Pedders and the report said "advise new clutch". The car yard refuses to do anything.

How much was it bought for? When was car yard first told of problem?. Does contract say no warranty?
