VIC Use Further Particulars in Family Court?

Hi, I am entering the Federal Family Circuit October. Can further better particulars my ex submitted be used against her in Family court though they were presented to Civil court?

Its difficult to answer your question with out more info. What were the particulars about? what was the previous case regarding and what court was it in? And what do you need to produce the particulars to establish?
