I got a traffic infringement back in 2012 for speeding, it was never paid. I applied for police cert for an overseas visa. Will this show up as a conviction on it?
Unlikely. If you weren't charged, there will be no record.
The police have to charge you with a traffic offence within a 12 month period is my understanding.
