I recently bought a defective chair and then i sell it at a very low price. And after i sold it ,i contacted the manufacturer saying the chair is defective. And then they give me a new one and allow me to keep the old one .And now the person that bought the chair from me claim that the new chair i get belong to him as well.

So my question is that by law who is the true owner of the new chair,me or the guy that bought the defective chair from me?

Another scenario, after i sold the chair and then manufacturer decide to give me a refund ,to whom does that refund truly belong to ?

1. You.

2. You.

The other person may have a separate claim against you depending on the details of the case.
