For a given set of legal advice, which I have not seen, how do I determine what the purpose of the Legal Professional Privilege protecting that legal advice is?
My understanding is that if I want access to a set of legal advice under freedom of information, it pays to understand the purpose of the privilege protecting that legal advice in order to effectively determine whether or not that privilege has been waivered?
