My apartment complex has a strange strata arrangement.
The complex is divided into 3 strata plans.
2 strata plans for the two separate buildings, and 1 strata plan for the shared common areas and parking levels.
The way it's set up makes the financials very complex and opaque.
Is it possible to combine all 3 strata plans into 1? Would it be easy or difficult?
I've already called NSW Land Registry, but they're not returning my calls.
