It was a Sunday and I went to my apartment and moved a small cupboard(bedside table) from the apartment to my car without making any noise or mess. However a neighbour came up to me and said it is illegal to move furnitures(renovation waste as they called it) without the approval of the strata. I am very confused and is it true that I need to email the strata and ask for approval before moving every single thing in the apartment?
