SA Standown due to alleged unsafe act

Recently been stood down due to allegations of unsafe act in the workplace
My employer has began an investigation
concerns I have is there has been no formal interview with me as part of the investigation, no job incident form from me as part of the investigation
They have begun a investigation with no information from me
I am concerned about this and wondering if this in any way is breach of my rights
