I have been granted the orders to dispense with the birth father's consent to my step son's adoption (on the grounds that he is deceased), but I have been advised that I need to give "notice" of my intent to adopt to all of the deceased father's "close family".
This isn't an issue as they are already aware as I have told them verbally. That said, is there a standard form to give them the "Notice of Intent" officially?
