I'm after some help please....
I need to apply for an order to dispense with the father's need for consent to adoption as well as to dispense with the need for an adoption plan, the reason being that the biological father is deceased.
My question is when I am applying for the order using Form 1&3, do I have to include the biological father's name as the other party (respondent) as he is deceased, or do I leave it blank, or do I write his name and deceased in brackets.
