I recently had some personal belongings shipped over in a large box from the UK to Sydney by a well know shipping agent, but they have since lost the box and declared it missing after it cleared customs.

They have since offered me a pitiful amount by way of ex-gratia compensation to which I have declined.

I now plan to set up a website/blog to document the conversations between myself and the company as a warning to others of their ineptitude to deliver what I paid for.

My question is...

Would there be any legal issues with me doing so and mentioning the company name? And should I take out individuals names?

Thanks

You can put a review on the Google Business, but make sure that what you write is true and accurate (and can support your review with documents etc...) as if you get emotional, you may write more than required and as in the comment above, you will be held accountable.
