Served with Divorce Papers but To Field is Blank?

i was recently served for divorce.

The TO field on Notice of Application For Divorce is blank

(federal circuit court seal)

Does that matter?

I doubt it will result in the divorce application being rejected. If you accepted the service, then it shows you're aware the divorce application is for you.
