NSW Separation entitlements

I have been separated from my wife for over two years , we have no children and we split everything agreeing on 50/50 . we both now own separate houses mine in my name hers in her name.
Because we are not divorced is she still entitled to any more of my stuff or my house?

The option to file for a formal property settlement doesn’t expire until 12 months after a divorce is finalised.

You should either formalise the property settlement in consent orders, or file for divorce so the 12-month timeframe can commence.
