Recently i have become no longer formally represented by a solicitor in a Family Provisions claim and intend henceforth to represent myself. My matter has progressed beyond two unsuccessful attempts at negotiation the latest being court-mediated. My matter has been adjourned until the middle of August. I am hopeful someone could advise me of procedural matters moving forward from this point on. I have received an offer of compromise from the executor of my late mother's estate yet will not be accepting that offer. I would appreciate advice re what happens next?
