I am currently in Australia on my second working holiday visa. During my first year, I completed 6 months with company ‘A’ and then returned in my second year to complete another 6 months which has just ended.
Company A is a pty Ltd company with a single director and majority shareholder.
This director has offered me a role within another one of his companies - company B. Company b is also a pty Ltd, with a sole director (same person as company A). The companies operate in the same industry but with different purpose and have a different client base. Company A and B are
Suppliers / customers to each other.
Can I legally work for company B without breaching the 6 month with one employer or is this not enough arms length distance between companies/employers.
