been told by main rds that doesnt matter who resumed it council or dmr its the property owners responsability to maintain ,,, have gone to a survyer who said it it is council owned / administed land and should be up to them to maintain BUT same as a road verge council land but they want to be maintained by property owners ...but in this case taking it to the extreme due to the length and previous tar sealing ..suggested taking it to the obudsmen which i will do if get no satisfaction from the local counciller (havnt book to see her yet as getting all info first) mmm no one seems to like emailing but phoning instead .. could be because doesnt leave a paper trail .. dmr did the same thing instead of answering my email they phoned and still didnt answer any of my questions except to say your problem
