Well, subject to many ifs, buts, and variables,
and not knowing many of the unknowns about the case,
and without any idea of the complexity of the case,
and without any idea of the amount of damage,
or the quality of the evidence, or the prospects of success overall,
and without having any sense of the "market range" of fees in WA for that sort of work,
I'd be inclined to think that it was on the low side, actually.
