I am thinking of resigning from my full time position to move overseas. Due to his track record I have some very real worries that he won't pay me once I have given my notice.
I was wondering if anyone has been in this situation? Can I not come back if he doesn't pay my normal wages? Should I leave without notice after the final pay if he isn't going to pay anyway?
I need to give 4 weeks and get paid fortnightly.
