I just wondering is it classified as misleading or sales by misrepresentation when a real estate agent quoting us on paper a range of possible rental price on the house for sale that we were interested in and ended up buying the property. Later, we used the same agent company (different department) for leasing the house and they are a bit reluctant on listing the quoted price or what would happen if they failed to lease at the quoted range?
