A purchase made online where the goods were not suitable. A refund through PayPal has not eventuated.

PayPal disputes can honestly be hit-or-miss depending on the evidence and how quickly the claim gets escalated. Hopefully you kept screenshots, receipts, tracking details, and all communication with the seller because that usually makes a huge differrence.
