My neighbours and family jumped my fence and assaulted me and other members of my family . Several of them were charged with trespass and bodily harm in company . They have been charged and convicted . This was twelve months ago and today the police issued me a fine for public nuisance -bad language for swearing that evening This was on my property while being assaulted by multiple people at once and having a deadly weapon pointed at me . I find this to be outraged and will be pleading not guilty . What is the law in regards to this matter ?
