My former partner and I have property matters set for trial in the New Year. Parties have been ordered to provide affidavits and joint statement of matters in dispute.
The other party in their application in respect of what result/orders are sought in the property matters has only written... "whatever the court decides".

Herein lies the problem... the other party and myself are both self represented. The other party will not communicate with me. I make requests and if I do get a response, it is that of profanity and immature statements.

How do I draft my affidavit and of course, how do I/we do the joint statement if I do not even know what is in dispute.?

Id suggest you outline the assets and your view of what is fair. I'm thinking the other party will not do well with a 'whatever the court decides' line of argument, especially if they have not disclosed information as required.
