That's a good idea, I haven't thought of doing that. I suppose I could preface it with the fact that at the callover they indicated to the magistrate that they had submitted all the required documents, and then list what I have not yet received ie everything. At least that way I can rest easy knowing that I have done all I can. No harm in doing that for sure. Thank you.
