We moved all our household stuff to a friend's house and lived there for a few weeks when we tried going to pick it up she said she moved it to another house, and we weren't allowed and won't tell us where it is. What can we do under property law? We need our stuff as we got 3 children and their stuff are there, too.

Why has she moved your things? Is she claiming that you owe her money? Or did you leave your things at her house after she asked you to pick them up? It is difficult to provide helpful suggestions without knowing the full picture.
However on the face of it you can start by sending a letter of demand and then if she doesn't return your things you can take her to the relevant small claims or district court depending on the value of the items.
