VIC Property Law - Can Tenant Do Anything with Contract of Sale?

Hello,

Former tenants filed a claim against me and Property Law court ordered to pay compensation to them. I negotiated a term to pay but was refused. Recently I'm selling the property due to financial issues, and the former tenants requested a copy of contract of sale. What can she/he do to me under with the contract of sale in hand?

Perhaps prove that you will receive a lump sum of money under the contract which can be used to pay off the compensation order.
