Hi,

I have a PSIO that has myself and my daughter listed as protected persons. If the respondent posted many photos of my daughter on their Facebook, would that be in breach of the condition that is :
  • "publishing on the internet or by email or other electronic communication any material about the protected person"

Is the respondent in question is the father of the child?

By PSIO I expect you mean an intervention order made against a non relative under the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010 (Victoria).

If the respondent has published photos of your daughter on social media and she is named on the order as a protected person, then yes, according to the condition you have mentioned, the respondent would be in breach of the order.

For better certainty, you should contact the police to discuss and report the behaviour.
