NSW Partner Visa Sponsor - with A change of Name

Hi ;
I have got married overseas in my country of birth using my former name after i have got my name legally changed in Australia.
i now need to sponsor my wife to come permanently to Australia using a partner visa. would the immigration department reject my legal marriage certificate from overseas because it has been issued using my former name AFTER my name has been legally changed in Australia?
