I parked on this road 4.50pm and at 5.01pm. I got parking fines of $269 for stopping in a bicycle lane. I had no idea it was a no parking bicycle lane between 4.30pm to 6pm. If I saw a sign, I wouln't have parked there.
I went back to check the signs from lot number 61 to lot number 53 and there are 4 no parking bicycle lane signs and from lot number 53 to lot number 41 - there are 0 no parking bicycle lane signs. I was parked on lot 45. Can I contest the ticket?
