If the products are in fact copies claiming in any way to be genuine, then it would be a breach of the ACL. As a consumer, you can report the conduct to the Department of Fair Trading (or equivalent in your state) or to the ACCC.

There would also be an issue regarding intellectual property, but taking action on that would be up to the companies whose rights are being infringed upon. The only thing you could in that regard, would be to report it to the companies concerned.
