NSW Old Solicitor Now in Company Used by Ex - What to Do?

Hello.

My solicitor representing me up to November last year has changed to my ex-wife's solicitor's company. I am now represented by my same solicitor's company but different person. I only just found out about my old representative on her team.

Can I file anything under Australian Law?

Oh sorry. To stop her solicitor representing my ex or some sort of injunction. My old solicitor knows everything about my case

You should have your solicitor raise a conflict of interest against the firm your ex-wife has representing her.
