Hello

I'm wanting to obtain my late mother's prior will (not her latest)
Can I just rock up to the solicitors who made it (in 2014) and ask for it? would they still have it?
Or would an executor named on the will be able to obtain a copy?

Hi Unique,

Yes try the solicitors who drafted it. They certainly should still have it. They may be more likely to give it to you if you are a beneficiary though. The executor May have it and would also be more likely given a copy. Good luck.
