No document that I know of. Most of these defences are at general (common) law and so come from cases and precedents. A criminal law textbook would be the most helpful here. Further, each of these defences will differ, in relation to their standards and elements and factors taken into consideration etc, depending on to which crime they relate. So, duress as a defence to homicide will be different from duress as a defence to assault.
