VIC Non bankrupt partner buy house during bankruptcy

Hi,

Can trustee attack on a spouse house bought after bankruptcy where the bankrupt do not make any contribution to any property related expenses?

Depends on a number of factors. If the non-bankrupt spouse purchases the property independently from his/her own financial reasources and is the only party on title, then the argument would be tough for a trustee.
