Bankruptcy fraud possibly
Non disclosure (ex partner)
Caveats placed (on my properties)
Can't supbaena his hidden assets? They may vest on the trustee?

You would be able to get advise and assistance from most lawyers just make sure you let them know you intend on self representing. There may be limitations on how they will support you without full representation but you will need to discuss that with them. A number of lawyers will provide a free consultation, but it really depends on the lawyer and the aspect of law they deal with.
